Michael K. Taylor is the broker/owner of PREMIER HOMES REALTY, headquartered in St Augustine, Florida. Mike entered the real estate industry in 2005 as his wife Tari Taylor's assistant. They both worked as a team for one of the largest national real estate franchises in northeast Florida. In 2010, Mike started PREMIER HOMES REALTY, a vision that has resulted in over 190 million in personal real estate sales with his wife Tari and more than 30 realtors.

Mike has also spent his entire adult life as a public servant with over 34 years in law enforcement. Mike and his wife Tari have 4 children and 9 grandchildren. Two of his sons are also police officers. One son and daughter are both actively involved in the brokerage as licensed agents.

Mike strives to create an environment where his agent's focus remains on doing what is best for their customers. When agents are concerned with what is best for their customers, the dollars tend to take care of themselves. There is no room in this industry to be dollar driven. Success will come naturally when your heart is dedicated to serving your customers.
